- Drink plenty of water before the treatment.
- Go to the treatment with clear skin after removing all makeup and washing the area gently.

- Seek advice from the aesthetician for the use of medications and other instructions.
- Use a good-quality and gentle cleanser to clean the area.
- Do not use hot water or any heating element such as tanning or sun exposure on the area for a few days.
- Make use of soothing creams and moisturizers as suggested by the aesthetician.
- Use sunscreen with an SPF scale of 30 or more to prevent any sun damage on the treated area.
