Parking Info
STORE-FRONT PARKING: There are 3 shared customer parking right in front of our medical spa where you can park for 2 hours (ignore the 30-min limit – if you get a ticket, we will pay for it).
EXCLUSIVE CUSTOMER PARKING: We have 8 exclusive customer parking spots at the back of the building (where the Bao Sandwich Bar is facing), which are marked as RED STARTS in the photo below. They are easy to locate on site – just look for GREEN PARKING SIGNS (we are the only one using the green signs there).
STREET PARKING: There are many street parking on Balsam St., and Hickory St. (usually busy 9 AM – 2 PM).
AFTER-HOURS & WEEKENDS PARKING: After 4:30 pm Monday-Friday or any weekends, you can also park (for free) at the Northdale Campus parking at Hickory & Larch (across the street from the Exclamation restaurant). It’s a big parking lot and usually has many spots.

Driving Directions
- From the University of Waterloo (UW): head east on University Avenue West, turn left onto Albert Street, turn right onto Hickory Street West, and then turn right onto Larch Street.
- From Wilfrid Laurier University (WLU): head north on Hazel Street, turn left onto Balsam street, and then right onto Larch Street.
- From King & University: head west on University Avenue West, turn right onto Hazel Street, turn left onto Balsam street, and then right onto Larch Street.
