Sunshine Cosmetic Clinic & Medi Spa has been committing to providing our clients with exceptional service and care since 2017. We value your business and ask you to respect our clinic policies.
APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the cost of your scheduled treatment or service. The deposit amount is $50 for treatments that are 1 hour or less and $100 for treatments that are over 1 hour.
Deposits can be made in person, over the phone, via EMT, or online through our secure payment system. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment on Vagaro (our booking software) 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. For the cancellation, you will receive a full refund supposing you paid a deposit. You can also give us a call at 519-208-6669 to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $50. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged half the cost of the scheduled service, with a minimum amount of $50.
We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. We have set aside a staff member, treatment room, equipment, and time specifically for you. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
Please be advised that all our services require a valid credit card to secure an appointment. We 100% guarantee the safety of your credit card information. You will not be billed unless there is a late cancellation or no-show. Upon checkout, you may choose your preferred method of payment.
APPOINTMENT LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
We allot a specific amount of time for each client. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer complete services for other clients. Please be advised that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled services. We recommend that you arrive 10 mins early to your scheduled appointment.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Skincare & Retail Products: You may return unopened items with the original receipt for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Treatments & Treatment Packages: No refunds will be issued once an initial purchase has been made. Any unused treatments may be exchanged for equal-value treatments, products, or store credit, at the discretion of Sunshine Cosmetic Clinic & Medi Spa.
Gift Cards & Memberships: No refunds will be issued once the purchase has been made.
